Therapy Services
Initial Consultation
Phone call — Up to 30 minutes                      FREE

Individual, Couples, or Family Therapy
50 minutes                                                             $125

Group Therapy Session
80 minutes                                                             $30

Report Writing
$125 per hour (prorated for actual time used; first 20 minutes is free)

Telephone Contact
$125 per hour (prorated for actual time used)

Insurance
I am currently an in-network provider for the following health insurance plans:
– Magellan Health Services
– LifeSynch

I am also a provider for the California Victims Compensation Program (also known as Victims of Crime or “VOC”).  If you would like your insurance to reimburse you for services with me, please check with your carrier before your first appointment.

Yoga or Reiki Services
30 minutes                                                             $65, Office-based ~~ $70, Home-based

Cost savings packages for yoga and Reiki sessions:

5 Yoga/Reiki Session Package	$200 ~ office-based ($40 per session)
	$225 ~ home-based ($45 per session)
10 Yoga/Reiki Session Package	$375 ~ office-based ($37.50 per session)
	$425 ~ home-based ($42.50 per session)
15 Yoga/Reiki Session Package	$525 ~ office-based ($35 per session)
	$600 ~ home-based ($40 per session)

Also, yoga and Reiki may be added to traditional therapy session at no extra charge.

Fee Policies
Fees are paid at the beginning of each visit.  You can pay via cash, check, or PayPal.  If you feel you are unable to pay the fees associated with your services, please discuss this with me as soon as possible.  I may be able to adjust my fees to meet your needs.

Cancellations and No-Shows
I request that if you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, you give me at least 24 hours notice.  I charge $50 for any session to which you no-show or cancel less than 24 hours in advance.

Furthermore, I do not call to give appointment reminders.  Please make note of your appointment when you schedule it.  If you forget when your appointment is, please call me to confirm.

I will only make exception to my 24 hour cancellation policy if you encounter a true emergency, such as a car accident, funeral, hospitalization, or illness severe enough to keep you home from work.

Timeliness
Please call to let me know if you are running late for an appointment.  Regardless of what time you arrive, we will end the appointment on-time.  However, if I am the one causing an appointment to start late, I will offer you make up time by extending the current or next session

Termination of Services
We will discuss termination of services throughout our time working together.  My goal is, after all, for you to achieve practical & applicable benefit from our sessions.  When you decide that you have achieved your therapy goals and would like to discontinue services, please call to let me know, especially if you have future appointments scheduled.  I will consider you as having terminated treatment if you do not respond to my phone calls.  If you lose contact with me and I unable to reach you after three weeks, I will send you a final notice that your case has been closed.  I reserve the right and ethical obligation to transfer your services to another provider, if I feel that I am unable to assist you.  If this is the case, we will make an appropriate transition plan and I will help you connect with another provider.
